The Erasmus Mundus scholarships, funded by the European Union, are scholarships for a wide range of ÌýErasmus Mundus Joint Programmes at Masters or Doctorate level and targeted to students within and outside the EU.Ìý The programme offers full scholarships and/or fellowships that cover the living costs, tuition fees, travelling and insurance costs of the students.

Under theÌýCommonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP), member countries of the Commonwealth offerÌýCommonwealth ScholarshipsÌýto other member countries. Through the scholarships, citizens of developing/developed Commonwealth countries can study in other developed/developing member countries. Joint Japan World Bank ScholarshipsÌý
The ÌýJoint JapanÌýWorld Bank ÌýGraduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP)Ìýsponsors students from developing countries to pursue graduate studies leading to a master’s degree from preferred universities around the world. Scholars are expected to return home to contribute to the development of their country. The scholarship covers travel costs, tuition, and monthly allowance.

ADB Japan Scholarship ProgramÌý
The Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) Ìýaims to provide opportunities for well-qualified citizens of ADB’s developing member countries to undertake postgraduate studies in economics, management, science and technology, and other development-related fields at participating academic institutions in the Asian and Pacific Region. ÌýThe ADB-JSP provides full tuition fees, a monthly subsistence and housing allowance, an allowance for books and instructional materials, medical insurance, and travel expenses.

MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program for AfricaÌý
The vision of The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program is to educate and develop academically qualified yet economically disadvantaged young people in Africa who will contribute to the transformation of the continent. This $500 million program will provide students in secondary school and university with the knowledge and leadership skills needed to contribute to economic and social progress across Africa.ÌýÌýScholars receive financial support for fees, uniforms, books and supplies, transportation, accommodation, and stipends.

OFID Scholarship Award
OFID (The OPEC Fund for International Development) offers a fully-funded scholarship to qualifiedÌýapplicants who wish to study for a Master’sÌýdegree in an accredited University around the world subject to approval. Ìý The winner of the OFID Scholarship Award will receive a tuition support of up to US$50,000 plus a a monthly allowance to cover living expenses, books and accommodation.

Rotary Foundation Global Study Grants
The Rotary Foundation offers scholarship opportunities through the Rotary Foundation Global Grants which may be used to fundÌý postgraduate studies of a Rotary club nominee in any country where there is a Rotary Club (in about 70 countries).Ìý The grants can cover the partial/full cost of your studies.

Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Program
The AgaÌýKhan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students from developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies.Ìý ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½are awarded on a 50% grant : 50% loan basis through a competitive application process once a year. ÌýThe Foundation assists students with tuition fees and living expenses only.

Heinrich Boll Foundation Scholarships
The Heinrich Böll Foundation awards scholarships to international students who gained their university entrance qualification from a school outside of Germany who wish to study a Masters or PhD Degree in Germany. The scholarship value is Ìý€750 per month for Masters Students or €1000 per month for PhD students, plus € 100 mobility allowance per month. Tuition fees are not funded.
